This position holder is responsible for managing and implementing all phases of multiple construction projects from planning and design to construction and completion. He/She coordinates, organizes, and collaborates with project engineers, consultants, clients, and other agencies regarding design issues, project delivery, and permitting. Prepares design solutions, provides plan and specification review, and assists with preparation of shop drawings, packages, material selection... Performs scheduling, tracking, and timely updates of all design-related issues, as well as inspections/monitoring.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and oversee structural design of roadways, bridges, culverts, retaining walls, and related infrastructure such as roads, airports, and bridges.

• Oversee geotechnical investigations and integrate findings into design solutions.

• Review and approve detailed engineering drawings and BOQs.

• Ensure compliance with national and international design standards (e.g., AASHTO, Eurocodes).

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including geotechnical, hydrology, and traffic engineers.

• Provide technical guidance during construction and resolve site-related structural issues.

• Prepare and present technical reports, risk assessments, and value engineering proposals

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Structural Engineering, construction engineering, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience in preparing Structural working drawings for Bridge and Culvert Design

• Experience: 6 years of relevant work experience
