Fidel Tutorial is looking for passionate and dedicated digital educational content creators to join our team across Addis Ababa. We provide academic support to students from elementary to university level and are committed to delivering high-quality education through digital platforms.

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English, Economics, History, Geography or with related field of study

Experience:

• 1 year experience with teaching or tutoring experience

• Experience creating digital educational content is a plus

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and produce engaging digital educational content (videos, presentations, e-learning modules, and written materials)

• Design content aligned with curriculum objectives and learning outcomes

• Create interactive and multimedia learning materials for online platforms

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content

• Script, record, and edit educational videos and tutorials

• Adapt content for different audiences and learning levels

• Review and update existing educational materials to maintain quality and relevance

• Monitor learner engagement and improve content based on feedback and data

• Organize and manage digital content libraries and resources

• Stay updated on trends in e-learning, edtech, and digital education

• Ensure content is accessible and inclusive for diverse learners
