United Beverages is looking to hire Energetic, passionate, and potential Sales Executive who are willing to be assigned and work in different parts of Ethiopia.

Main Purpose

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing United Beverages' digital marketing strategy across all digital touchpoints to strengthen brand equity, increase consumer engagement, drive business growth, and enhance the company's digital presence. This role combines strategic digital marketing leadership with strong creative and graphic design capabilities to ensure all digital communications are visually compelling, brand-consistent, and commercially effective.

Duty and Responsibility 

Digital Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Develop and implement the company's digital marketing strategy in line with overall business and brand objectives.

  • Create and manage annual and monthly digital communication plans for all company brands.

  • Lead integrated digital campaigns across social media, websites, search engines, mobile, and emerging digital platforms.

  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of digital marketing investments.

  • Monitor digital marketing trends and identify opportunities to improve performance and consumer engagement.

Content Development & Creative Design

  • Lead the development of digital content across all platforms.

  • Design and produce high-quality visual assets, including:

  • Social media creatives

  • Digital advertisements

  • Brand campaigns

  • Promotional materials

  • Motion graphics and video content

  • Presentations and corporate communication materials

  • Ensure consistency of brand identity across all digital touchpoints.

  • Collaborate with brand teams to translate marketing strategies into compelling digital executions.

Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow the company's presence across social media platforms.

  • Develop content calendars and publishing schedules.

  • Monitor audience engagement and manage online communities.

  • Respond to consumer inquiries and coordinate issue resolution where required.

  • Build strategies to increase reach, engagement, and brand advocacy.

Performance Marketing & Analytics

  • Plan and execute paid digital advertising campaigns.

  • Manage social media advertising and digital media buying.

  • Track and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools.

  • Monitor key performance indicators, including:

  • Reach

  • Engagement

  • Website traffic

  • Conversion metrics

  • Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS)

  • Produce regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Website & Digital Asset Management

  • Manage company websites and digital assets.

  • Ensure website content remains current, relevant, and optimized.

  • Coordinate website updates and improvements.

  • Support SEO initiatives to improve online visibility and search rankings.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor digital activities and industry trends.

  • Conduct social listening and consumer sentiment analysis.

  • Identify emerging opportunities and potential risks within the digital landscape.

  • Share insights and recommendations with the marketing leadership team.

Governance & Brand Compliance

  • Ensure all digital communications comply with company policies, brand guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain proper documentation and archiving of digital marketing assets and activities.

  • Safeguard the brand reputation across all online platforms.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years in Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, or Digital Communications; agency experience preferred. 

  • Core Expertise: Managing digital campaigns, social media platforms, content marketing, digital advertising, SEO/SEM, email marketing, analytics, and campaign execution. 

  • Creative Skills: Strong graphic design and content creation portfolio; proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. Photography, videography, and motion graphics are a plus. 

  • Analytics Tools: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and social listening tools. 

  • Key Competencies: Strategic thinking, creativity, commercial awareness, communication, stakeholder management, project management, attention to detail, data-driven decision-making, results orientation, and ability to work under press
