Job Summary
As a Digital Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for implementing local digital strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage young digital audiences, and increase product demand. Your role will primarily focus on social media growth, content promotion (especially during new product launches), youth engagement, and interaction with e-commerce platforms.
Job Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, or with related field of study
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the electronics, telecommunications, or youth-oriented brands sectors.
Experience in dynamic, content-driven industries (technology, media, or agencies)

Duties and Responsibilities
Planning and Execution of Digital Campaigns:
Plan, execute, and track digital campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Google Ads, and the Display Network.
Develop digital marketing calendars aligned with product launches and campus programs.
Drive traffic to key digital channels, including the official website, online stores (e.g., Jumia or other local e-commerce platforms), and brand events.
Content Coordination
Work closely with content creators and designers to produce visuals, short videos, and campaign copy tailored to the local market.
Adapt global campaign assets into engaging formats that align with digital trends and resonate with Congolese users, particularly young people.
Social Media Management
Manage and grow local official social media pages.
Respond to comments and inquiries to maintain an active and engaged community.
Launch interactive campaigns such as challenges, contests, and user-generated content activities.
Data Tracking and Reporting
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) (engagement, reach, conversion, ROI) and adjust campaigns to improve results.
Prepare monthly reports including analysis and optimization recommendations.
Monitor competitor activity and digital trends to maintain the brand's competitiveness in the DRC market.
Skills & Competencies
Good understanding of local digital culture and user behavior.
Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and email marketing tools.
Creative mindset with a strong ability to identify viral content, platform trends, and storytelling.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Video shooting and editing skills are a major asset, as TikTok is a priority channel.
Demonstrated success in growing a social media account or executing viral campaigns.
