Job Summary
This position is responsible for the execution and optimization of overall digital marketing activities in the Ethiopian market, with a focus on promoting online brand communication, social media operations, and digital advertising to enhance brand awareness and influence in the local market and support sales growth and brand building goals.
Job Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Media, Advertising or with related field of study
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing
Experience in consumer electronics, mobile phones, or FMCG industries will be given priority

Duties and Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Execution
Assist the DM manager in developing and executing online marketing including social media, content marketing, online promotional activities, KOL collaborations, etc based on the brand's annual marketing strategy.
Responsible for online campaign execution ( Meta Ads , Google Ads, etc.), and regularly monitoring campaign performance and proposing optimization solutions.
Content and Creative Management
Create digital content (videos, short films, images and text, topic challenges, etc.) with local characteristics by combining brand positioning with Ethiopian local culture.
Connect with designers, photographers, and production teams to ensure that the materials align with the brand's tone and that the content has the power to spread.
KOLs and Media Collaboration
Plan and execute collaborations with local opinion leaders ( KOLs ) and content creators.
Establish partnerships with local media and content platforms to expand brand influence.
Manage cooperation budgets, contract execution, and settlement processes.
Teamwork and Brand Consistency
Work closely with the MKT , retail, and channel teams to ensure that marketing activities align with sales targets.
Ensure all marketing activities align with the brand image and global communication strategy.
Assist in the digital dissemination of offline events, such as new product launches and retail promotion activities.
Skills & Competencies
Familiar with the operation and advertising management of digital platforms such as Facebook , Instagram , TikTok , Google , and YouTube ;
Possesses basic data analysis and report writing skills;
Fluent in English;
Possesses strong creative thinking and execution capabilities, and is adept at coordinating resources from multiple parties to promote project implementation.
