About the Role

PTGR AG is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can turn strategy into measurable results. You will drive online campaigns that boost brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation across multiple digital channels. Your work will directly shape PTGR’s digital footprint and conversion performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, and email

  • Manage PTGR’s social media presence, growing reach, engagement, and community

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs to measure performance and inform strategy

  • Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure creative aligns with campaign goals

  • Continuously test, iterate, and optimize digital content and ads for engagement and conversion

  • Stay ahead of digital trends, including emerging Web3 marketing tactics

Job Requirements

Required Skills & Competencies

  • 2+ years in digital marketing with hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns

  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and analytics

  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills

  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools

  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital trends and Web3 marketing is a plus
