Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Training Delivery: Conduct engaging, informative, and practical training sessions for learners in the areas of Digital Marketing, Photography, Videography, and Content Creation.

  • Curriculum Delivery: Follow established curriculum guidelines, ensuring that content is aligned with learners’ goals and objectives. Tailor lessons to meet the needs of learners.

  • Hands-On Learning: Facilitate hands-on learning sessions to give learners practical experience using digital tools and technologies.

  • Assessment: Evaluate learners’ progress and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement. Adapt teaching methods as needed to support various learning styles.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with other trainers and the training coordinator to enhance the overall learning experience.

  • Monitoring & Reporting: Maintain records of training attendance, progress, and feedback. Report on learner outcomes and contribute to the development of training materials.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree /master's degree (BA/MA) in a relevant field.

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Digital Marketing, Photography, Videography, and Content Creation.

  • Certification: certification in Digital Marketing, Photography, Videography, or Content Creation.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in the relevant fields.

  • Ability to adapt teaching techniques to suit the diverse needs of learners.

  • Proficient in digital tools used in marketing, photography, videography, and content creation.

  • Ability to foster a positive and engaging learning environment.
