Job Requirement

• Educational Qualification:
  • Master’s degree (or higher) in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Economics, Law, Public Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a strong advantage.
• Experience: Minimum of 5–8 years of progressively responsible experience in auditing, inspection, finance, governance, or oversight functions with at least 5 years in a senior management or leadership role.
• Requirement: Strong knowledge of auditing standards, financial management, governance, and risk management, In-depth understanding of Ethiopian legal, financial, and administrative frameworks, and familiarity with Sharia-compliant governance and ethical principles is an added advantage.
