• Overseeing the operations of the accounting department, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department’s goals and objectives

• Directing and coordinating company financial planning and budget management functions

• Monitoring and analyzing monthly operating results against budget

• Directing and coordinating debt financing and debt service payments with external agencies

• Preparing financial analysis for contract negotiations and product investment decisions

• Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements

• Establishing and implementing short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures

• Maintaining relations with external auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations

• Implementing and managing financial controls and policies

• Recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating department staff

Job Requirements

BA Degree in Accounting & finance

10 years relevant experience 5 years with management positions
