Job Title:         Director of Emerging Business Operations

Reports To:     Chief Business Officer

Location:         Head Office

1. Job Summary:

The Emerging Business Operations Director is responsible for supporting the growth and efficiency of new and developing business ventures. This role coordinates operational activities, analyses market trends, streamlines processes, and collaborates with various departments to ensure smooth business operations.

1. Specific Duties and Responsibilities

1. Assist in the development and execution of business strategies for emerging markets.

2. Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competition, and customer needs.

2.3.  Coordinate operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability.

1. Collaborate with internal teams to align business objectives with operational capabilities.

2. Monitor key performance indicators and generate reports to track business performance.

2.6. Support business expansion initiatives, including partnerships and new market entries.

1. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for emerging operations.

2. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

3. Identify operational challenges and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.

4. Provide administrative and logistical support for new business initiatives.

Job Requirements

1.   Qualifications & Experience:

Master’s Degree in Economics or  Project Management or Management or Finance or Accounting or Marketing or other business-related fields, or B.A Degree in Economics or Management, Accounting, Marketing or other business-related fields with 9/11 years of experience, of which 4 years in a Managerial Position.
