The Distributor Manager is responsible for leading field sales execution and distributor performance across assigned territories. The role drives daily sales delivery, outlet coverage, and market expansion, ensuring strong execution standards and consistent in-market presence. This is a hands-on role, focused on managing field teams, improving distributor output, and ensuring disciplined execution at the outlet level. The role works closely with sales operations for reporting and system support. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the field sales team on a daily basis 

• Drive achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets 

• Monitor field execution and enforce performance standards 

• Conduct regular joint market visits with the team 

• Develop and manage weekly field visit plans 

• Ensure adherence to routes and schedules 

Job Requirements

• Minimum BA degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field from a recognized university.

• Have at least 5+ years in sales and related fields. 

• Have experience working with distributors and FMG.

• Good Microsoft skills. 

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written. 

• Experience with CRM and ERP systems are preferred
