As a Turkish-based company, we produce premium-quality Tai-Tai Candies and Kadayif, crafted with Turkish expertise and standards for sweet lovers in Addis.

We're looking for a results-driven Door to Door Sales person with excellent interpersonal skills, trustworthy and good communication abilities to actively seek out and engage customers. This person will visit costumers with our sales cars on daily basis for 6 days per week and she/he will make daily door to door sales to achieve agreed upon sales targets.

Employment place: Addis Ababa, around saris

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell products to existing and potential customers using strong arguments

  • Build and maintain positive business relationships and acquire new customers

  • Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction

  • Meet sales targets and deadlines

  • Maintain stock records and report daily sales figures

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (preferred)

  • Experience: 0 - 2 years of working expereince

  • Available to work 6 days a week

  • An employee must provide a witness who is permanently employed by a company and can submit a letter of reference from that company.

Required Skills:

  • Motivated, target-driven, with at least 2 years of sales experience (preferably in water, chips, beer, or snacks)

  • Strong selling, communication, time management, and organizational skills

  • Excellent relationship management and openness to feedback

  • Female applicants preferred
