Job Purpose

To ensure the secure transportation of customer goods, as well as household and office belongings, while assisting with packing, loading, unloading, and relocation activities in accordance with company service standards, safety regulations, and customer expectations.

Job Requirements

Education:

• High school diploma with 4th grade valid driving license  

• Courier or logistics knowledge advantage

Experience

• 2–4 years driving experience

• Experience in moving, logistics, or express delivery preferred

• Experience in operating truck vehicles

Duties and Responsibilities

Transportation & Delivery

• Operate company trucks, vans, or relocation vehicles safely and efficiently.

• Execute local and long-distance moving assignments according to schedules.

• Pick up and deliver parcels, documents, and packages safely and on time.

• Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules.

• Follow approved routes and delivery plans.

• Ensure on-time pickup and delivery.

Loading, Unloading & Handling

• Assist in loading and unloading furniture, equipment, cartons, and customer goods.

• Secure cargo using packages and protection materials.

• Verify item quantity and condition before departure and upon delivery.

• Handle fragile and high-value items carefully.

Packing & Relocation Support

• Support packing, wrapping, labeling, and unpacking activities.

• Assist in furniture dismantling and reassembly when required.

• Ensure goods are arranged properly inside the vehicle.

Vehicle Management

• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.

• Maintain cleanliness and roadworthiness of assigned vehicles.

• Report vehicle defects, incidents, fuel usage, and maintenance requirements promptly.

Customer Service

• Represent the company professionally at customer sites.

• Communicate delivery status and relocation progress.

• Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow traffic laws and company SOPs.

• Ensure compliance with cargo safety and operational procedures.

• Report accidents, damages, and incidents immediately.
