Role overview:

As a Corporate Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting company executives, employees, and clients to various destinations while also facilitating effective communication and coordination between different departments and external stakeholders.  The role holder maintains a high level of professionalism and customer service. 

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

• Safely and efficiently operating company vehicles in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.

• Providing transportation for company executives, employees, and clients to and from airports, meetings, appointments, and other destinations as required.

• Ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of company vehicles, including regular vehicle inspections, refueling, and coordination with the Corporate service personnel for any repairs or servicing needs.

• Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the assigned Vehicle: check oil, water, battery, brakes, tires, etc.,

• Coordinate with external stakeholders such as clients, vendors, and partners to arrange meetings, pickups, and deliveries. 

• Provide Administrative and logistical support as assigned by immediate supervisor.

• Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times while interacting with passengers and representing ESX.

• Planning and organizing travel routes to ensure timely arrival at scheduled destinations, considering factors such as traffic conditions, weather, and road closures.

• Assisting passengers with loading and unloading luggage or other belongings as needed.

• Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding vehicle operation, passenger safety, and confidentiality.

• Providing excellent customer service to passengers by demonstrating courtesy, attentiveness, and a helpful attitude.

• Maintain the basic tool kits are available and functional in the vehicle. 

• Maintain the vehicle is equipped with easily accessible first aid kit.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent.

• Valid driving license. 

• At least two years of experience as a professional driver, preferably in a corporate setting.

• Excellent knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.

• Punctuality and reliability, with a commitment to meeting scheduled appointments and deadlines.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Clean driving record.

• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance procedures.

• Experience with GPS navigation systems and route planning software.
