Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily vehicle inspections (tires, brakes, lights, fuel, oil, etc.) before and after trips.

• Report any mechanical issues or damage to the supervisor immediately.

• Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and compliant with all safety and regulatory standards.

• Follow all road safety regulations, traffic laws, and company policies.

• Wear seat belts and ensure safe loading limits are not exceeded.

• Adhere to company protocols for transporting sensitive or hazardous materials, if applicable

Job Requirement:

• Education: Valid Public 1 driving license

• Minimum Years of Experience: 1-2 years

Driver Selection Criteria

• We are looking for a responsible and reliable driver who meets the following criteria:

1. Flexible Schedule

• Must be willing and able to work at any time of the day, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

2. Location

• Should live near the Goro or Summit areas (Addis Ababa) or nearest to the company for convenience and timely reporting to duty.

3. Personal Conduct

• Must not consume alcohol or use cigarettes. A clean lifestyle is essential for the safety and reliability of the role.

4. Experience

• Should have proven driving experience.

• Must be familiar with routes in and around Addis Ababa and the surrounding areas.

5. License & Safety

• Must hold a valid driving license appropriate for the type of vehicle to be driven, which is Public1 and above. Should have a clean driving record with no major accidents or violations.

6. Professionalism

• Punctual, polite, and respectful in all interactions.

• Must be trustworthy, disciplined, and able to handle work-related responsibilities independently

• Must to bring a guarantee from a governmental office worker
