Job Summary: We are looking for qualified, professional, responsible and customer-oriented drivers to provide safe and efficient transportation services using our Cabby-share platform. Drivers will be part of Cabby-share service committed to safety, reliability, and excellent customer service. They are also expected to maintain high service standards and comply with traffic laws and company policies. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Safely pick up and drop off passengers according to their requests

• Use the Cabby-share application properly and follow dispatch instructions 

• Maintain cleanness and good condition of the vehicle 

• Provide polite and professional customer service 

• Maintain accurate trip records through the app

• Follow traffic laws, safety rules, and company policies 

Job Requirements

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Valid Ethiopia driving license of appropriate grade 

• Minimum 5 years of driving experience, transporting passengers in passenger vehicles

• Good knowledge of routes of Addis Ababa and surrounding areas

• Ability to use a smart phone and mobile applications 

• Good communication skills and customer-friendly attitude 

• Clean driving record and good conduct 

• Strong customer service and handling skills

• Good personal hygiene and professional behavior

• Safe and responsible driving record
