Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the earthwork crew on-site.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and utility companies to ensure smooth project execution.
• Interpret and explain construction plans, set elevations, and manage grading work.
• Schedule work activities and allocate tasks to crew members.
• Maintain safety compliance, conduct job hazard analysis, and enforce use of PPE.
• Monitor equipment, materials, and workforce, ensuring quality and timely completion.
• Manage records of daily logs, equipment use, and labor tracking.
• Conduct site inspections to identify and correct unsafe conditions.

Job Requirement

• Education: 12th/10th Grade completion with relevant work experience
• Experience: 4 years
