Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assemble and install new electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures.

• Diagnose and repair electrical problems to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem; Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components of machinery and equipment, using test equipment and hand tools,

• Perform all maintenance functions related with electrical systems, and power generation distribution in line with safety operations and maintenance principles to guarantee the smooth functioning of the production facility.

• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects; Inspects repairs, installs, modifies, and maintains electrical/electronic systems, circuits and equipment.

• Repair electrical components and equipment used in any equipment or device that involves electricity.

• Examine and participate in planning of new installations or electrical retrofits equipment could be hazardous.

• Direct and train junior electricians to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures

• Work safely and cooperatively with other electricians or electrical engineers to keep machinery and specialty equipment running correctly.

• Organize safe maintenance principles for regulating and scheduling breakdowns.

• Responsible for controlling frequently used electrical items and supplies.

• Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and other regulatory requirements (national and international) are being followed on a daily basis.

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Requirements

• BSc Degree in Electrical Engineering, TVET Level III graduate in Industrial Machine drive,

• 3 years of experience in Technic & Engineering area, 5 year for TVET Level III
