ATTA Trading Plc is looking to hire a qualified and experienced ELV Systems Expert who will be responsible for the design, installation, configuration, and maintenance of Extra-Low Voltage systems, including Building Management Systems (BMS), Structured Cabling/Data Networks, CCTV/Surveillance Systems, and Fire Alarm Systems. The expert will ensure that all systems are designed and installed in compliance with international standards, safety codes, and client requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

System Design & Planning

• Prepare detailed designs, schematics, and shop drawings for BMS, data cabling, CCTV, and fire alarm systems.

• Conduct site surveys to determine system requirements.

• Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities), technical specifications, and material submittals.

Installation & Implementation

• Supervise and execute installation of ELV systems.

• Ensure proper routing, termination, testing, and labeling of cables.

• Configure and integrate devices, controllers, and sensors.

• Ensure compliance with NFPA, IEC, IEEE, and local building codes.

Testing & Commissioning

• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning.

• Ensure functionality, reliability, and safety of installed systems.

• Prepare test reports, handover documentation, and as-built drawings.

Maintenance & Support

• Provide preventive and corrective maintenance of ELV systems.

• Train client personnel on system operation.

• Respond to technical issues and ensure minimal downtime.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunications Engineering or related field.

• Vendor certifications (e.g., Honeywell, Schneider, Siemens, Bosch, Hikvision, or equivalent) preferred.

• Strong knowledge of fire alarm panel programming and IP-based security systems.

Experience Requirements:

• 4–7 years of proven experience in ELV system design and installation.

• Hands-on experience in large commercial, residential, or industrial projects.

• Experience in site supervision and team coordination.

• Previous work with consultants, contractors, and clients on ELV projects.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of ELV systems: BMS, Access Control, CCTV, Fire Alarm, Structured Cabling.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other design tools.

• Familiarity with standards such as NFPA, BS/EN, IEEE, TIA/EIA.

• Hands-on skills in cable pulling, termination, testing, and labeling.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
