Job Requirement

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution

Experience: 1 year

Previous experience in emergency care or critical care nursing is an advantage.

License: Valid professional nursing license to practice in Ethiopia.

Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Note: Proficiency in multiple languages (Oromiffa, Amharic, English, etc.) is an added advantage.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate and effective nursing care to emergency and critically ill patients.

• Assess, monitor, and report patients’ conditions and vital signs.

• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions as required.

• Support doctors and healthcare teams during emergency procedures.

• Maintain patient safety and ensure proper infection prevention practices.

• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
