Job Summary

He/She is responsible to Collects and checks authenticity of all collateral property documents. Observes, measures, takes pictures (both photograph and video as appropriate) and other data of collateral properties. Interprets the data, estimates value of collateral, and produces collateral estimation result reports. Prepare cost estimate, detailed working plans and standard technical specifications Prepare structural design of buildings in conformity with building codes and design standards.

Job Requirement

Educational Level and work Experience: B.SC degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology or any relevant field of study with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in designing, estimation and valuation.
