The English teacher will instruct students in reading, writing, speaking, and listening, focusing on grammar, literature, and vocabulary to improve communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Development: Designing lesson plans for literature, composition, and grammar, often in accordance with school, state, or national standards.

• Instruction: Teaching reading comprehension, writing skills (essays, reports), and oral communication (debates, presentations).

• Assessment: Grading assignments, quizzes, and projects to evaluate student progress and providing constructive feedback.

• Classroom Management: Creating an engaging, orderly, and encouraging learning environment.

• Student Support: Meeting with parents/guardians, conducting parent-teacher conferences, and identifying student needs to provide differentiated instruction.

• Administrative Tasks: Maintaining accurate student records, tracking attendance, and attending staff meetings.

Job Requirement

• Education: Diploma in related field of study

• Experience: 2 years of relevant work experience in teaching or leadership experience
