Education: Master’s Degree (MA) in Education, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields.

Experience: Minimum of 7–10 years of relevant work experience in training management, capacity building, or workforce development.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the overall enterprise training strategy aligned with business growth and enterprise needs.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with training providers, consulting firms, and independent trainers.

  • Develop and manage a database of qualified trainers, consultants, and service providers.

  • Manage the full lifecycle of training provider engagement, including identification, onboarding, coordination, and performance management.

  • Lead curriculum development, review, and standardization to ensure quality and consistency.

  • Oversee development of e-learning content and digital training materials.

  • Manage learner experience, participation, and progress across training programs.

  • Ensure training programs are demand-driven and aligned with enterprise operational needs.

  • Review and approve training plans, methodologies, and materials before delivery.

  • Supervise consultants and trainers to ensure quality delivery and adherence to standards.

  • Establish and enforce quality assurance systems and performance benchmarks.

  • Conduct follow-up and validation of training delivery and outcomes.

  • Collaborate with enterprise support teams to align training with business development services.

  • Track training performance, productivity impact, and job creation outcomes.

  • Ensure safeguarding, GESI, and inclusion principles are integrated into training programs.

  • Work closely with MEL teams for data collection, reporting, and learning.

  • Identify capacity gaps and continuously improve training approaches and provider performance.

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong coordination and relationship management skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple service providers and training streams simultaneously.

  • High attention to detail and quality standards.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

  • Willingness to travel frequently.

  • Strong network within the training and skills development ecosystem.

  • Experience in MSME development, enterprise support, or business advisory programs is highly desirable.
