• Procurement & Installation: Coordinating the purchase and installation of new equipment.

• Maintenance & Repairs: Scheduling routine maintenance, calibration, and repairs to ensure optimal performance.

• Compliance & Safety: Ensuring equipment meets regulatory standards and safety guidelines.

• Fleet Management: Overseeing company vehicles and heavy machinery, including leasing and rental agreements.

• Reporting & Analysis: Compiling reports on equipment usage, costs, and efficiency to support decision-making.
