An Event Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing all logistics related to events from start to finish. Their duties include setting objectives, creating timelines, booking venues, coordinating vendors and staff, overseeing event budgets, managing attendees, and ensuring smooth event execution. They also handle marketing, risk assessment, and post-event evaluations to ensure client satisfaction and event success.

Basic knowledge of BTL and ATL promotions
Assist in planning and execution of events, activation and promotions
Presentable and professional
Support in logistics Coordination and implementation of event activities
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
Monitor event activities
Provide on ground support during events to ensure smooth operations
Handle administrative tasks related to event management
Education: BA Degree in Business administration, Management, marketing or related fields
Experience: Minimum years of experience: #0 years
