An assistant to the CEO plays a key role in supporting the CEO's productivity and effectiveness by managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and facilitating communication within the organization.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Handles various administrative tasks including managing CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings and others. Ensuring the CEO’s time is optimized for high priority engagements.
Acting as a first point of contacts for the CEO office, manage communications, filters requests, and ensure smooth and important communication conveyed promptly.
Serve as a liaising point between CEO and other department heads and staffs and external stakeholders.
Ensure smooth execution of key tasks, Business development initiatives, projects and tracking developments.
Work closely with departments and compile reports and present to the CEO.
Optimize internal systems, workflows, and standard operating procedures for efficiency.
Coordinate meeting like preparing agendas, takes minutes during meetings, and follow upds on action items, ensuring all engaging parties are well informed in order to make sure the meetings are productive.
Maintaining confidentiality and exercise discretion in all matters to the CEO and the organization.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing management, Administration, or a related field.
2 years of experience as an Executive Assistants or in a similar role.
Familiarity with different task or project tools.
Experience in information gathering, analyzing data, summarizing and presenting.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills.
Experience working in manufacturing set up.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
