Our state of art manufacturing plant in Hawasa Ethiopia seeking a suitable candidate for the position of  Executive Finance with the below qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

• Assisting in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.

• Conducting variance analysis and providing insights to improve financial performance.

• Monitoring and analyzing financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes. 

• Supporting senior management in decision-making by providing timely and accurate financial information.

• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

• Manage and handle all tax-related matters, including tax filings, compliance, and reporting

• Oversee treasury functions, including cash flow management, banking transactions, and liquidity planning

Job Requirements

Required Qualification and Experiences

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, and an MBA will be distinct advantage.

• 2+ years of experience in finance in a similar role.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP environment.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
