Responsibilities We are looking responsible executive secretary for handling daily job duties of the company Secretarial, Import & Bank process. Her/his duties are maintaining over all secretarial service including Executive’s appointment calendar, drafting memo and keeping company correspondence documents and handling phone calls or emails & sharing for top management on time, processing import documents and customs clearance including

Duties and Responsibilities:
Answering phones and directing the calls to the correct people
Receiving visitors and directing them to the appropriate place
Managing calendars for meetings, travel and commitments
Follow up signed contract documents
Making travel arrangements
Assit top management meeting on taking minutes
Drafting memos, reports and agendas as needed
Disseminating memos, reports and other information to relevant colleagues
Job Requirement:
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Education: BA in Management or Business Management or Secretarial science & office management and other related field
Work Experience: 5 Years & above as Executive secretary
Computer literate including Digital Technology
Fluent in English langue & additional international langue is desirable
Qualifications for Executive Secretary:
Excellent time management and organization skills, especially the ability to prioritize and multitask
Effective and professional communication abilities, including being able to communicate with all levels of employees, vendors and clients or guests
Professional writing capabilities, including emails, memos, letters and other industry-related reports, documents and correspondence
Great customer service and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with word processing software for creating and contributing to spreadsheets, drafting and sharing documents and creating engaging and informative presentations
Experience on handling import & Export process
Soft Skills and Cultural Fit
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take initiative.
A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
