As we expand, we are looking for an Real Estate Agent to join our team.
we’re searching for a highly organized Secretary who can keep our fast-paced operations running like clockwork. This role isn’t just about handling paperwork; it’s about being the backbone of our team, coordinating schedules, and ensuring every detail is in place. If you’re a natural multitasker with a sharp eye for detail and a love for keeping things in order, this is your chance to shine! The main responsibility will be to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and executive team, ensuring efficient management of daily operations, communication, and documentation. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
Manage and coordinate the CEO’s schedule, meetings, and appointments.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the executive team.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Maintain and organize company records, files, and confidential information.
Assist in drafting contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to related to property transactions.
Property travel arrangements and itineraries for executives.
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for executives.
Serve as a liaison between the executive team, employees, clients, and external stakeholders.
Assist in planning company events, conferences, and meetings.
Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.
Oversee office administration and ensure smooth workflow.
Support the HR and finance departments with administrative tasks as required.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or similar role.
Strong knowledge of the real estate industry is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Experience in handling legal and contractual documents related to real estate transactions.
