We are searching for an energetic and motivated  Export  Division Head  to join our team. The  Manager handles the systems, logistics, regulatory, and process side of bringing goods in (imports)  industrial chemicals and sending goods out (exports) mining and agricultural products.

Duty station: Around 22 Mazoria Avenue  

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Plan operation activities  and Supervise import/ export, warehouse, logistics, and delivery operations in daily base; Lead and supervise the operations teams( warehouse, logistics)

• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, transport companies, shipping lines,  customs, regulatory bodies, internal teams, & brokers

• Ensure all documentation required for import and export is prepared correctly: bills of loading, commercial invoices, packing lists, export or import permits, letters of credit, customs declarations, etc.

• Keep up to date with local and international trade rules and regulations, tariffs, customs laws, foreign exchange rules, quality standards.

• Monitor costs in shipping, customs clearing, freight forwarding, warehousing, etc., and seek ways to reduce them.

• Improve process flows: inventory management, minimizing delays (e.g. demurrage, detention), streamline documentation, reduce bottlenecks.

• Forecast import/export volumes, capacity of logistics, anticipate bottlenecks.

• KPIs focus on On‑time deliveries, cost per shipment, error rate, regulatory compliance, inventory turnover.

• Perform job - related duties as assigned by COO

Job Requirement

Qualification

• Education: Management , Marketing management , Business Administration, International marketing/ Business or related fields with B.A. /M.A degree from known university

• Work experience: 7/5 years  experience  in Import and Export companies or commercial business
