Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the entire export process from order receipt to shipment, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to international markets.

  • Prepare, review, and submit all necessary export documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping instructions.

  • Liaise with internal departments like sales, purchasing, warehousing, and production to ensure accurate order fulfillment and shipment preparation.

  • Communicate and collaborate with external parties including freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines, and carriers to arrange transportation and comply with regulations.

  • Track and monitor shipments, providing regular status updates to customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with international export regulations, customs requirements, trade agreements, and company policies.

  • Handle export bookings, negotiate freight rates, and manage logistics schedules to optimize cost-efficiency and delivery timelines.

  • Resolve shipment-related issues such as delays, customs clearance problems, or documentation discrepancies by coordinating with relevant parties.

Job Requirement

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

  • Experience: 3+ years
