Coordinate and manage the entire export process from order receipt to shipment, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to international markets.
Prepare, review, and submit all necessary export documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping instructions.
Liaise with internal departments like sales, purchasing, warehousing, and production to ensure accurate order fulfillment and shipment preparation.
Communicate and collaborate with external parties including freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines, and carriers to arrange transportation and comply with regulations.
Track and monitor shipments, providing regular status updates to customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with international export regulations, customs requirements, trade agreements, and company policies.
Handle export bookings, negotiate freight rates, and manage logistics schedules to optimize cost-efficiency and delivery timelines.
Resolve shipment-related issues such as delays, customs clearance problems, or documentation discrepancies by coordinating with relevant parties.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience
