Get-As International Plc. is a dynamic organization engaged in Real estate, Trading and Cross border transport. We are seeking a motivated Export Manager to join our dynamic team.

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Export Manager to lead and expand our international sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing export strategies, managing relationships with overseas clients and partners, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and achieving export sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company’s export strategy and sales plans.

• Identify and pursue new international markets and customers.

• Manage all documentation and logistics related to exports (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, export licenses, etc.).

• Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant international trade laws, regulations, and standards.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, agents, and distributors.

• Conduct market research to stay updated on international trade trends and competitor activities.

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with international customers.

• Monitor and analyze export sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Marketing, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in export/import or international sales.

• Strong knowledge of export documentation, and international logistics.
