Get-As International Plc. is a dynamic organization engaged in Real estate, Trading and Cross border transport. We are seeking a motivated Export Operations Managerto join our dynamic team.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Export Operations Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of the export process. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient and compliant movement of goods across international borders, coordinate with logistics providers, and manage export documentation and customer service related to overseas shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute end-to-end export operations, ensuring timely shipment and delivery of goods.

• Supervise and coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines.

• Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and company policies.

• Oversee the preparation of all export documentation including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading.

• Monitor shipment tracking, resolve delays or issues, and maintain proactive communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Liaise with production, sales, and inventory teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

• Manage export licenses, letters of credit, and bank documentation where applicable.

• Implement and improve export processes for greater efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

• Lead and mentor the export operations team.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trade regulations and industry best practices.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in export operations or international logistics.

• Strong understanding of export regulations, and customs procedures.

• Strong understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service.
