The Export Sales Officer is responsible for overseeing and managing all export operations while ensuring full compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate the smooth export of goods to global markets, enhance operational efficiency, and achieve business growth targets.
Manage and oversee the entire export process, from order receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize export operations, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
Ensure adherence to international trade laws, export documentation standards, and customs regulations.
Coordinate with vendors, shipping agents, freight forwarders, carriers, and customs officials to ensure smooth and timely delivery of export consignments.
Monitor and analyze export operations, identifying areas for improvement and recommending cost-effective solutions.
Maintain accurate records of export documentation, contracts, invoices, and compliance reports.
Build and maintain strong business relationships with international customers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
Provide regular reports on export performance, including sales volumes, shipping status, and compliance metrics.
Collaborate with sales, finance, and logistics teams to meet customer requirements and achieve organizational sales targets.
Keep up to date with changes in international trade laws, tariffs, and market conditions to mitigate risks and identify new opportunities.

Education:
BA Degree in Management or Accounting or Purchase and Supplies Management or Marketing or Business Administration or related fields.
