Position Title: F&B Cost Controller  

Job Requirements

Job Requirements 

• B.A/B.Sc. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Hotel Management, F&B Operations, or any other related fields of study 

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience working as an F&B cost controller in 4*&5* hotels   

• Proven experience on OPERA /PMS systems 

• Ability to analyze large volumes of complex financial information from many sources and create reports, forecasts, and projections 

• Strong problem-solving skills, including ability to effectively address any issue in collaboration with others as appropriate 

• Ability to proactively identify and prevent potential problems 

• Ability to help develop problem-solving skills among direct reports and other team members as appropriate 

• Ability to take initiative to identify, prioritize, and implement all elements required for the team to fulfill responsibilities 

• Ability to develop presentations and effectively present to all levels of the company, hotels & Owners. 

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook with the ability to quickly learn new programs when required

Job Requirements The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BSc) Degree in Accounting, Finance, Hotel Management, Food and Beverage (F&B) Operations, or a related field. The candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience as an F&B Cost Controller in a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment. Strong knowledge of cost control, budgeting, inventory management, financial reporting, and F&B operations is required, along with strong numerical, analytical, organizational, attention-to-detail, and problem-solving skills.
