Duties & Responsibilites:

HR Planning and workforce Fulfillment: Forecast staffing needs, lead recrutiment and onboarding and maintain a piple line of candidates

Factory Floor Engagement: Spend time daily on the floor to assess skill gaps, understand job complexities and grade it according and maintain employee realations

Shift and labor management: Design and manage efficient shift schedules based on production demand

Training and Development: impletent induction and traiing programs, facilitate cross-trainng and assess training effectiveness

Employee Retention and succession planning: Develop retention strategies, maintain succession plans and monitor employee satisfaction

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Management or in a related field of study

8 years of expereince in HR and administrative roles out of which 4 years of expereince in supervisory or managerial role preferably in manufacturing sector
