About the Position

Classic Furniture is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Factory Manager to lead and supervise our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, production management experience, and the ability to ensure operational efficiency and product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily factory operations and production activities

• Plan and manage production schedules effectively

• Ensure quality standards and timely delivery of products

• Supervise factory employees and department supervisors

• Monitor machinery, maintenance, and workplace safety

• Control production costs and minimize material wastage

• Prepare operational and performance reports

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Job Requirements

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Manufacturing, Industrial Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 8+ years of proven experience as a Factory Manager or in a senior production management role

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability

• Experience in furniture manufacturing is highly preferred

• Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets
