About the Role
Our company is looking for a disciplined, organized, and trustworthy professional to support factory administration, operational coordination, and the development of a 5-hectare agricultural project located at the factory site.
The position requires a hands-on individual who can effectively manage office administration, coordinate factory operations, and supervise agricultural activities.
Key Responsibilities
Factory Administration & Documentation
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
• Maintain attendance records for workers, guards, drivers, and casual labor
• Track assigned tasks and report delays or negligence
• Maintain organized records including purchase requests, delivery notes, fuel logs, and maintenance records
• Assist management in preparing internal memos, official letters, warnings, and notices
2. General Services & Facility Management
• Supervise cleanliness and organization of the factory compound
• Monitor water, electricity, sanitation, and other utilities
• Coordinate maintenance of machinery, buildings, electrical systems, and plumbing
• Control and monitor company assets such as tools, furniture, protective equipment, and office supplies
• Maintain proper asset registers and damage/loss reports
3. Workforce Discipline & Accountability
• Monitor punctuality and attendance of workers
• Ensure company rules are followed consistently
• Report misconduct, repeated lateness, or misuse of company resources
• Coordinate with security to maintain proper gate control and visitor records
4. Logistics & Operational Coordination
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, drivers, and security teams
• Track vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and delivery schedules
• Ensure proper movement approval and documentation procedures are followed
5. Agricultural Project Coordination (5 Hectare Farm)
• Support planning of crop selection and farm layout
• Coordinate land preparation, planting, irrigation, and harvesting activities
• Supervise farm labor activities
• Use the farm as a demonstration field for the company’s organic fertilizer products
• Monitor crop performance and prepare farm progress reports
6. HR & Management Support
• Assist with new employee onboarding
• Manage ID cards and uniform tracking
• Support leaves request documentation
• Facilitate communication between workers and management
• Ensure management instructions are implemented on site
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Office Administration, Agriculture, Agricultural Economics, or related fields
• 2–4 year’s relevant experience in factory operations, administration, or agricultural projects is preferred
• Basic computer skills (Word and Excel)
• Strong organizational and reporting skills
