• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or with related field of study

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience

Duties and Responsibilities

• Enforce production room safety procedures and standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and prevent contamination in the production area.

• Monitor worker attendance, discipline, and performance.

• Assign tasks and supervise daily production activities.

• Monitor machine efficiency, production output, and operational performance.

• Prepare shift schedules and regular performance reports.

• Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.

• Monitor raw material usage and report shortages promptly.

• Identify production problems and coordinate timely solutions.

• Ensure proper use and maintenance of production equipment.

Skills & Competencies

• Technical Skills: Strong familiarity with production machinery, preventative maintenance concepts, and industrial safety standards.

• Soft Skills: Outstanding leadership, problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
