The FG Warehouse Lead is responsible for managing finished goods warehouse operations, ensuring proper storage, stock accuracy, safety, and timely delivery of products.

• Supervise and manage daily warehouse operations.

• Monitor stock movement and conduct regular stock reconciliation.

• Ensure proper storage, handling, loading, and distribution of finished goods.

• Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and reports.

• Coordinate with sales, distribution, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Minimize product damage and ensure efficient use of warehouse space and equipment.

• Ensure food safety, GMP, and warehouse standards (5S) are followed.

Job Requirements

BA degree in accounting and finance or related field of study from a recognized university.
More than 6 years’ experience in FMCG sector, out of which 3 years in managerial or supervisor role.
Understanding of supply chain procedures (Order to Cash)
Computer skills (ERP system Business Central, Navigating Outlook email, and Microsoft Excel).
Ability to multitask.
