Duties and Responsibilities:

• ​Identify 5+ potential drivers daily in high-traffic areas.

• ​Assist drivers with the full documentation and registration process.

• ​Follow up with registered drivers to ensure they complete their first 20 trips within 20 days.

• ​Report daily registration numbers to the KANAS team lead.

• ​Compensation: Aggressive commission for every driver that hits the 20-trip milestone.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 0 -1 years having previous experience in sales, field marketing, or brand promotion is highly preferred.

• Education: High school diploma is standard, but a focus on communication skills is more important than a degree.

• Local Knowledge: Must have understanding of Addis Ababa’s busy hubs (e.g., Megenagna, Mexico, Bole, Piassa).

• Ability to use basic messaging apps (Telegram/WhatsApp) for reporting daily numbers.

• ​Smartphone Access: Must own a functional smartphone with a good camera.
