As a Field Sales Officer, you will be the driving force behind our project-based sales, engaging directly with key decision-makers at active construction and engineering project sites. This is a field-intensive role perfect for a technical-minded sales professional who thrives on building relationships, understanding complex client needs, and closing deals in a fast-paced environment.
Job Requirement::
Education :Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:A minimum of 1 year of proven field sales experience, preferably within the furniture, construction, or related field sales sector.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and pursue new sales opportunities at active project sites within your assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with contractors, engineers, project managers, and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and present tailored technical-commercial solutions that address specific project requirements.
- Prepare and submit customized proposals in coordination with our internal technical teams.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation, closing, and achieving your assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor market trends, track upcoming projects, and gather competitive intelligence to inform our sales strategy.
- Address client queries promptly, resolve issues, and organize product training sessions as needed.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and submit regular reports on sales activities, market visits, and progress.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Ability to understand technical drawings, specifications, and construction processes. Knowledge of relevant industry materials or equipment is a strong advantage.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities.
- A natural talent for building rapport and trust with a diverse clientele.
- A proactive and driven individual who can work autonomously to achieve targets.
