We are looking for a competitive Field Sales Representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. 

• Submitting and processing orders to ensure customers receive the products they request on time.

• Visiting clients and potential clients within an assigned sales area to evaluate needs or promote products and services as per management direction.

• Maintaining client records.

• Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.

• Collect customer feedback and provide updates to senior management.

• Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales.

• Onboard and retain customers, Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.

• Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year
