The Field Service Supervisor is responsible for coordinating field service operations, facilitating customer inquiries and interactions, and managing as well as providing support and guidance to a team of service engineers and technicians to ensure high service standards.

Job Requirement

• BSc mechanical, electromechanical or related engineering disciplines

• 6 years of working experience in an OEM, earthmoving equipment industry or closely related areas

• Working knowledge of OEM industry standards

• strong technical skills and hands-on experience on earth moving machineries and equipment

• OEM and industry certifications (preferred)
