Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements.

• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulations and company objectives.

• Manage financial planning and analysis to support strategic decision-making.

• Handle tax planning, compliance, and filing to ensure alignment with government regulations.

• Supervise and mentor the finance and accounts team, providing guidance and support as needed.

• Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring the company’s liquidity and operational needs are met.

• Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and other financial stakeholders.

• Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.

• Collaborate with other departments to drive operational efficiency and financial performance.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Professional certifications are an advantage (e.g., CPA, ACCA).

• 8-10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3+ years as a Finance Manager.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.

• Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Industry/manufacturing sector experience is mandatory.

Work Experience: 8-12 years
