The Finance and Accounts Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization by managing accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. This role ensures accurate financial records, supports strategic decision-making, and maintains internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities such as maintaining the general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, fixed assets, and business license tax programs.

• Ensure accurate recording of transactions and compliance with accounting standards and legal requirements

• Prepare and review financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide insights to support decision-making by senior management

Job Requirements:

• Education: BA degree/ MA in Accounting/ Banking and finance or related field of study

• Experience: 15 years and above work experiences, 3-5 years in hospital finance leadership area

• Language: speaking Afaan Oromoo is a plus.
