Finance & Administration Officer Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  •  Maintain and update financial records and ledgers

  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports

  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy

  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes

  • Prepare invoices, process payments, and manage accounts payable/receivable

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies

  • Provide administrative support to the finance department

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • BSC degree in accounting 

  • More than three years of experience in related position. 

  • Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
