Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records and ledgers
Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy
Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Prepare invoices, process payments, and manage accounts payable/receivable
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
Provide administrative support to the finance department
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
BSC degree in accounting
More than three years of experience in related position.
Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
