Position Summary: The Finance Director will provide high-level leadership for the Finance Department, ensuring the organization’s financial health through strategic policy development and rigorous oversight of internal controls.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Finance Department with full accountability.

• Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive financial policies.

• Supervise and lead the organization’s audit and control systems to ensure compliance.

 About You

• Education: BA Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience: A minimum of 6 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or management role.
