Position Summary

The Finance Division Manager will oversee financial planning, reporting, treasury operations, budgeting, taxation, and financial control functions while ensuring compliance with applicable financial and regulatory requirements.

• Demonstrate high ethical standards, integrity, accountability, and professionalism;

• Meet ECMA fit-and-proper requirements applicable to capital market service providers;

• Possess strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills;

• Demonstrate proficiency in computer applications relevant to the position;

• Have exposure to capital markets, banking, insurance, investment, securities, or other regulated financial sectors (considered an added advantage).

Job Requirement

Required Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Accounting & Finance, or related fields.

• Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, IFRS Certification, or equivalent are highly advantageous.

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 2 years in supervisory or managerial roles.

• Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience in:

• Financial reporting and analysis;

• Budget preparation and management;

• Tax administration and compliance;

• Treasury and liquidity management;

• Internal control systems;

• Financial management within capital market institutions.

• Experience in banks, capital markets, insurance companies, investment firms, or regulated financial institutions is preferred.

Salary and Benefits Package

Salary and benefits shall be determined in accordance with Ethio Fidelity Securities S.C. approved salary scale and compensation framework and may be negotiated based on qualifications, experience, and the strategic value of the position.
