Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, Public Financial Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience of which 5 years' experience in aspects of local Government Finance, Accounting, Internal Audit, External Audit (Financial Audit and Finance).

Experience: 10 years

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent report writing skills in Afan Oromo, Amharic and English
• Excellent command of computer programs and applications with significant capabilities in computerized database, spread sheet constructions and preferably knowledge of IFMIS & IBEX system.
• Excellent change management skills and strong commitment to sharing expertise and experience in order to develop others (helping others to achieve goals), resolving conflict  successfully.
• Knowledge of the Road/urban sector issues in Ethiopia is an advantage.
